El Encuentro, LLC provides Alternative Dispute Resolution services and promotes the resolution of disputes prior to, during, and in lieu of litigation to residents within the El Paso, San Diego, Otero and Doña Ana counties.We offer voluntary and court-ordered Family Court services as well as Mediation and Arbitration in all of our locations. El Encuentro, LLC specializes in all child-related matters regarding Child Welfare, Family Court, Medical and Educational arenas. All services are offered in a safe and discreet location. In our Family Court cases the child's/children's emotional well-being and overall safety is our priority. Our goal is to protect children during the break-up of the family and help prevent domestic violence and abduction. We make sure children don't lose Mom or Dad during the divorce/separation transition.
